Final Presentation Of Assignment 2Due: Next Class Oct.14thHere are the guidelines for the final presentation of assignment two. Please take time and follow the directions. In addition to your photography, the effort you placed and your participation in the last two critiques you will also be graded on presentation. With the exception of digital submissions, the following is standard presentation for most contests you will enter in Photography, Design, Illustration or Advertising.1. Make a final edit of 10 prints. Print them out exactly 8x10 inches, these are your final prints for this assignment so please make sure you are proud of the quality. On the back top left corner of each of the final prints attach a computer printed out label. The label should have your name, the class #, teacher, your year of study, your major, your place of birth and what year the work was completed in.2. Purchase an 8x10 Box (like this one) at B and H, Adorama, Calumet or Sam Flax. It doesn't have to be the exactly same one. On the left outside edge of the box place a printed out computer label with your name and email address. Also place an additional label on the top left corner of the front of the box with the same information.3. Place the prints in the box. Make sure you are considering the order in which the prints will be viewed. If the surface of paper you choose is delicate then consider placing each print in a plastic sleeve to avoid scratches. On top of the prints type out a cover letter that explains your project. Make sure to also include your name and email address in this cover letter.4. Bring the completed assignment to the next class and hand it to me. If you have a valid reason why the assignment can not be turned in you must contact me by Friday the 10th of October. Late assignments will not be accepted and will be graded as an incomplete.Please email or call me with any questions :)David
